At Dolly Sports, we challenge mass production and impulse buying by creating limited drops you'll actually want to keep forever. We believe in making fewer pieces, better - which means when you find something that speaks to you, don't sleep on it (seriously, we've all been there with the "should have, could have" regrets).
Some collection items are available for pre-order and will ship on a later date - think of it as the best kind of delayed gratification.

I'd like to exchange my item for a different size, color, or style. How does it work?
Since we work with limited drops, we can't always guarantee exchanges. But if we have your size or preferred style in stock, we'll absolutely make it happen! Drop us a line at customerservice@dollysports.com and we'll work our magic.
How do I return my Dolly Sports item?
Not feeling the love? No worries—you have 14 days from delivery to return your item for a refund, gift card, or exchange. Just email our Team Dolly at customerservice@dollysports.com and we'll walk you through the super easy return process.
We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. Our team is small but mighty, so if we're a bit slower, know that we're giving your request the attention it deserves.
What are the return conditions?
Here's the deal:

Return shipping is on you (keep that tracking number safe!)

We strongly recommend registered/tracked shipping - it's the only way to guarantee your refund if the package goes missing (but the choice is yours!)

Returns take up to 14 days to process once we receive them

Items must be in original condition - unworn, unaltered, tags attached, no odors

If items don't meet these conditions, we might deduct reconditioning costs

Original shipping costs aren't refundable (unless you return everything)

No signature proof of delivery = no refund (we don't make the rules, carriers do!)
My return package went MIA- now what?
We feel your pain, but if we don't receive your return, we can't process a refund. Carriers sometimes mess up tracking updates, so "delivered" status alone won't cut it. Send returns via registered service with signature confirmation—it's your insurance policy. Only you (as the sender) can investigate lost packages with carriers, not us.
I have a discount code- how does it work?
Newsletter subscribers get 10% off their first order (excluding sale items and gift cards). Other discount codes are tied to your email address, so use the same one when ordering!
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Check the dropdown menu for various amounts. Pro tip: discount codes don't work on gift cards.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order): We'll bundle everything for one shipment unless you email us to separate them (extra shipping costs may apply)

In-stock items: Ship within 48 hours of payment (Friday orders ship Monday)

Domestic delivery: 1-2 business days via PostNL, DPD, or DHL
Shipping costs:
- Netherlands: €5.95 - FREE shipping on orders over €180
- Belgium & Germany: €7.50 - FREE shipping on orders over €220
- Rest of EU: €12.95 - FREE shipping on orders over €220
- Rest of the world: €29.95 - FREE shipping on orders over €220
Worldwide shipping: We ship globally! Don't see your country at checkout? Email customerservice@dollysports.com and we'll find a way to get Dolly to you.
About customs, taxes, and duties: International orders outside the EU might face customs fees, import taxes, and duties—that's between you and your government. These charges aren't refundable, even if you return items. Refuse a package due to fees? Return shipping costs come out of your refund.
Delivery issues: Wrong address? Not home? Refuse the package? It comes back to us at your expense, and we'll deduct those costs from any refund.
Damaged packages: Photo first, inspect second! File a claim with the courier and email us at customerservice@dollysports.com.

Vintage items: Exclusively sold on Instagram! These pre-loved pieces have character (aka potential signs of wear). We're transparent about any flaws. All vintage sales are final—no returns, no exceptions.
