Changed your mind? You have a legal right of withdrawal: you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You do not need an account or a login.
Step 1. Tell us
Email customerservice@dollysports.com with the subject "Withdrawal", your order number, and which item(s) you want to cancel. You can also use our model withdrawal form if you prefer.
Step 2. We confirm
You will receive a confirmation from us recording the date and time of your request. That confirmation is your proof that you withdrew in time. There is nothing more you need to do to cancel.
After that, send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of your request, in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Use a tracked and signed-for service and keep your proof of postage. We will give you the return address in our confirmation.
We refund you within 14 days of your request, to your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it, before the refund clears. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard outbound shipping you paid.
Want to cancel before your order ships?
Email us as soon as you can at customerservice@dollysports.com. If your order has not gone out yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.
